Knudson Furnace & Chimney Cleaning Services

I only have 16 ducts, was charged for 8 extra. Was told that they would take 2 hours to clean and worked less than an hour. Left the floors dirty. Would never recommend.

on Sept. 20 company from Camrose was hired in good faith to clean my ducts, I spent 10 hours cleaning prior to their service as we moved into a new residence. They left a big mess, they also did damage to a bathroom wall. Fees were $405.30.. it took me 4 hours to clean up all the debris they left and I am still getting debris blowing up everytime the furnace comes on. i have requested a partial refund which they agreed to reimburse and as of Oct. 7 I havent heard from them.
