I have had my braces put on by Dr. Daniel Cheng for over 3 years ago. I went to have consultation at two other well known orthodontists before seeing Dr. Cheng. Both of them turned me down and said it was impossible to correct my underbite without surgery. However, that was not the case with Dr. Daniel Cheng as he has since made it possible. His assistants are very patient, knowledgeable and friendly . 5/5!
We have found all of the staff very professional. My son feels at ease going there for his orthodontic care. Our appointment is always running on time and we appreciate that !

In addition to ensuring that my teeth moved to its optimal place, Dr. Cheng and his dental team cared about how I felt during the checkups, doing everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I'm pretty satisfied with my time spent here and the beautiful smile Dr. Cheng has given me.
I would have given 12 out of 10 if that option was available. Very professional, very detailed and very kind. I am very satisfied with the whole process. Kayla and Monica are awesome, very helpful and friendly throughout too.
