They arrived in no time to provide propane and swap out my tanks...but when I switched to Kenmac I told them I needed my furnace serviced ...but after receiving (and paying $1000 for)propane and tank rental.. the service co-ordinator informed me that they wouldn't fix my furnace. I live alone and am very rural so during the coldest winter in recent history I was left without a furnace. Very poor service.
