Association accredited hospitals voluntarily choose to be evaluated in the following areas: quality of care, diagnostic & pharmacy, management, medical records and facility. The standards require hospitals to provide diagnostice services (x-ray and laboratory) so that they can quickly and accurately diagnose your pet. The standards focus on the quality of care in the areas of: anaesthesia, contagious diseases, dentistry, pain management, patient care. surgery and emergency care. Accredited hospitals have an onsite pharmacy so they can begin treatment immediately. NSVMA & CVMA standards also require that medical records be thorough and complete which helps them to better understand your pet’s medical history and how past health issues might be impacting their current medical status.     The staff were awesome, kind, sympathetic and made a awful situation a little less awful. The vet gave me great advice, didn't push me to do anything, and was extremely kind to my situation. The vet assistant was amazing with my cat, as he was very aggressive from his pain. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

    Nothing but a 100% positive experience at Lady Hammond Animal Hospital with my doodle! From emergency trips on a Friday night for a back injury to grooming, the quality of service and care from all staff has been exceptional and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top quality pet care and grooming. And... My dog loves going in the door - that says a lot!

    My First visit to...

    My First visit to Lady Hammond Animal Hospitalbut found great. Excellent experience. Staff took the necessary time to conduct the exam of our dog, answer questions and give advice. No stress, no pressure. The atmosphere is relaxed and the reception is very friendly.
