Robert took a deposit (20%) that has NOT BEEN RETURNED due to an incomplete job despite adequate reminders and with two full weeks to manage the return. There were many issues with professionalism during our interaction.
He forgot our appointment, did not know why I was calling in the first place. I cancelled the job and he promised to return it the next day but did not deliver. Would not return calls or made excuses for being unable to return my money! Very disappointed! Be careful.
Customer called because they were experiencing nosies coming throughout the plumbing system I recommend they replace the fill values in the toilets they agreed to this and sign a contract I purchased the material the client called with no explanation of cancelling the job as a company we have to be careful too this customer is out to malicious and slander my good name they cancelled and am left with owing money because am stuck with material and I explain this you broke your agreement not me

I called drain experts plumbing because my drain was backing up. He came quickly. He did a video camera inspection. He found the problem and fixed it right away. Price was reasonable and rob was kind and knowledgeable. Thank you drain experts plumbing!
