Larabie's Your Independent Grocer

This has to be the worst grocery store anywhere!!!! Four self checkouts with one not working, 5 people at one, all paying separately, an older lady leaves her kiosk because shes complaining about the price of bacon and on the other kiosk, a lady with a full cart. All this with a line up of people waiting. Self checkouts are for minimal purchases to keep the flow moving. Three employees standing there dealing with the price of bacon, nobody saying anything to try to keep things moving!!!

In town visiting my son. I was floored by how dirty it was. Paying for hot food at the check out. My mind was blown. Got home the $22 pre packed deli cheeses was disgusting. It was 10 days before expiry.I opened it and the entire house smelt like a toddlers dirty diaper. When was the last inspection? If inspected at all.The Milk freezer stunk too.Terrible experience.

Expensive and dirty bad service

Bad store stay away if you can... The food is expired before the best before date pretty often prices are crazy and the store cleanliness is horrible. Tried to make a complaint to what I was told is the owner but was faced with an argumentative and mean person. I tried to bring up some concerns and was quickly shot down. "if you fruit cup don't like it shop somewhere else" then was eye up and down. I felt unsafe and hurt at the homophobic comment. I know its a small town but this isn't ok

Le service est bon. Les prix sont uniformes avec le restant de la province, malgré le fait que ce magasin soit en position de monopole. Merci!

I won$5.oo on lot...

I won$5.oo on lotto max I asked for more lotto tickets, the clerk charge me the full amount on the other lotto tickets and I never did get the $5.oo I had won. I realized that when I came home and I am not very pleased with what happened. it will make me think twice before I shop there again.
