BEWARE! An absolutely terrible doctor. Do not waste your time here in addition to the mental trauma you might receive just from being one of her patients. You've been warned.
One of the better doctors. She spent time discussing my medical concerns and recommending treatment. She was caring and has a great interpersonal skills. 5 stars.
I was a patient of Dr Matusa and let me tell you it was almost close to impossible to get a hold of the office let alone get an appointment. I had an infection that I was told to see the doctor ASAP left multiple voice mails and multiple times until the 8th time i have the secretary told me that she cant book me in for another week and apologized for not returning my calls because it was "busy". Do not recommend to anyone
Love everything about this place the receptionists are amazing there are two ladies I've dealt with a lady with red hair and glasses and she's so kind and down to earth and also a lady with blond hair and glasses she's so nice and awesome to talk to! Dr Matusa is an amazing doctor she genuinely cares and does everything to help me when I go to her. I am so happy to be a patient in this office

Her office has become like a circus! Student doctors have taken over her practice and its a different face every visit. She replaced her previous secretary with a new rude one who obviously hates her job, (no compassion)! It's impossible to get an appointment within the week when you've got a fever, and if you resort to going to a walkin-clinic, you'll get a surprise call from her office threatening to discharge you as a patient! Well Dr. Matusa my family and I have discharged YOU!
Have being trying to get anxappt with my dr , can get in for another 3 weeks , I have explain that I'm very sick and need to see her as soon as possible , she gave me option to see resident , funny thing is I have a dr and I don't need a resident to see me , I'm here because and I have stay here because I like dr Matusa , I can see a resident anytime I like in the hospital , the trust I have with dr Matusa is different she knows my health and my case which is very delicate . Secretary is awful .
Love dr Matusa always have but since the new secretary came it has being very difficult to get an appt , she is rude all the time no matter what she has no sense of costumer service , she has no compassion for anyone , if I have to wait to see a dr for 3 weeks what's the point on having a family dr if I can't see my dr when I'm sick , and we are ask not to go to a walk in clinic so only urgent care st Joseph or victoria .
