Their website says that they take new patients (top of their website) but the receptionist says that they take only healthy new patients. So in order words, you take no patients right? because why going to a vet if my pet is healthy. Ridiculous response from an rude person who should not work in a vet hospital.
When you're dealing with a sick dog that has cancer you really need more compassion.
Amazing! I had my dog fixed last week and the service was amazing. They were very clear on the pre op instructions, and I knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. My dog can be hard to handle but the team there was amazing with him. They even called afterwards to see how he was healing. 5 stars to the team across the board. I would recommend this vet and team to any loving pet owners. Thank you from Steve:) My dog is back to himself not even 5 days later!
They take care your animals and the vets are great, but they operate the business in an extremely unethical way sneaking in billable costs at every turn if you don't ask for an invoice ahead of time.
My dogs love going here! The doctors know what they are talking about and tell me everything they would like to do before they do it. I rushed my cat in here one day when he was partially blocked. One of the doctors saw him in between appointments and even took time out of her lunch to work on him! Thank you!
GUINEA PIG OWNERS BEWARE! Please keep your precious little piggies away from this place if you care about them! The doctors don’t care about anything other than making money. After $800 my poor guinea pig was in the exact same state as before I went in! They refused to offer me any further help unless I continued to pay them $100 each visit. It is clear the doctor saw the problem during the follow up visit and did absolutely nothing about it. Shame on them!!! Such greed & no compassion.
