Do you know what a fixie is? I don’t want to sound like I’m not “in-the-know”, but until a little while ago, all I knew was Bixis, not fixies. To find out about the subject (and be able to carry on conversations with the bike lovers in my life), I went to Vélo iBike to meet Josh and Frédéric, two experts passionate about bikes.

    Ridiculously underwhelming customer service via their iBike Store. They take no responsibility in their products once its left their doors, subsequently leaving the customer to their own accord regardless of how the product arrives. Once receiving the payment, they choose to push, what once were customers, aside and go about their local business. They thrive off of their friends and relatives for local support and raving reviews.
