I am a Registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers and received my Bachelor of Social Worker at the University of Regina. I have worked with families and individuals for over nine years within the human services field and believe in working within a holistic framework that utilizes concepts derived from Strength- Based, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behaviour and Somatic Experiencing theory. I feel it is my role as a therapist to support you in your personal journey of self- growth and personal awareness. I am trained in, and have experience with Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and am currently working toward attaining my Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).
