Notice of Annual Meeting

The 148th Annual Meeting of the Policy holders of L&A Mutual Insurance Co. will be held at 76 East Street, Napanee, Ontario and by virtual meeting on Friday, March 21st, 2025 at 11:00am to receive the Auditors’ Report, to elect Directors, and for the transaction of any other business that may be brought before the meeting.

Our audited Financial Statement will be available for viewing or download on our website.
