I am writing this message to give a full endorsement to RCM Plumbing and Heating and Mitch Rink. Over the past two years, we have called upon Mitch for what we supposed to be several large problems. One was a large problem and several others with Mitch’s intervention turned out to be minor. Mitch solved all of them at a very reasonable price. He has come out on weekends and works until the problem is solved. We have and will continue to trust him with all our plumbing and heating needs.

After months of waiting (mostly) patiently for my husband to install our laundry sink, I contacted Proper Plumbing & Heating to get a quote to get my husband off the hook! Trevor came when he said he would, and came back the next day to finish it because my taps were missing a key piece, which he picked for me. His customer service is top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! FYI, my husband was thrilled to have that crossed off his list!
