I used to go here for about 7 years on and off sometimes my nails looked fab other times they made me wait for ages even tho I booked an appointment the last visit I had I was charged $70 for the most basic nails and was told this was because of a new set. The chick that did my nails did a terrible rushed job and wasn't even what I wanted. Also I agree about the hygiene in this place is below what it should be.
Assuming you could get past how rude and wasteful they are of other people’s times (they won’t get to you at least an hour past your appointment time), the filthiness of this place is beyond stomaching.
Tiffany is beyond reasoning and absolutely disdainful to customers. There are many professional, clean, skilled nail salons in town. I regret that I experienced T&K nails today. Do t waste your time.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience doing my nails here. I was very excited to get them done but the girl didn’t seem to enjoy her job at all, any question I asked or any credit I have her to ask her opinion, she made fun of it and talked to other girls working there who seem to speak the same language and they laughed. The whole time I was treated really rude and I counted down to get out! Can’t commmet on quality of work because I just did my nails. Don’t recommemd at all! So upset :(
Customer service was terrible. I called for directions because I was turned around and had never been there before. I had an appt. I was three minutes late when I walked in and was told to take a seat, and wait a few minutes as she had to finish with her client. 25 minutes later the girl I was there to see took another client. When I asked what was happening, I was told that I had to wait another 30 minutes because I was late. At this point I explained that they should have told me this.
They were very good to me, but then they just got sloppy and rush every time. Then one girl broke a thing of nail polish all over my moccasins, didn't offer to pay for them. Then next time I came in I asked if I could get a free set or discount for what they have done. And nothing. Lost all respect for them. Customer service at an all time low.
They are very sweet here. My nails looked so cute when the lady finished, but the next day, one of my shellac nails chipped and they fixed it that same day at no charge. I thought this was great! But two days later, that very nail and another one peeled off completely. Two days later another started to peel off. I took a closer look and found most of mine were starting to get little air bubbles under them, so out of frustration I proceeded to peel the rest off with no problem. I'm no stranger to shellac nails. Usually they are difficult to get off, but these all came off in one smooth motion. I was excited when I found this place. It was fairly close to home, cute, quaint atmosphere, and very friendly staff, so it saddens me to say I will not be back.
