Our president, Albeiro Taborda, started working in the granite industry in early 2001 in the U.S, in cities such as New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Florida. Arriving in Canada in November 2003, he was established in Hamilton, Ontario where then he moved to live between Calgary and Fort McMurray. Is here where he decided to open his first Canadian company, "Maya Renovation & Granite" which still continues with our family working closely with Quantum Leap Granite Ltd. Maya Renovation & Granite began working primarily in Fort McMurray, Athabasca and Edmonton area. In 2010 and with nearly 10 years of experience in the business, Mr. Taborda makes the decision to open Quantum Leap Granite Ltd, with the goal of being able to cover the entire northern Alberta. Today, We proudly have offices in Fort McMurray and Edmonton and serve the entire Northern area of Alberta.

In recent years, we have become DIRECT IMPORTERS of our own products (process by which our president is involved personally), and this allows us to ensure better quality control and helps us maintain the best prices in the Area!! Every year, We participate in international trade shows to keep us informed of the newest products on the market.
