Rip and Tear Contracting

Patrick, one of the co-owners , lacks integrity and believes in accepting full payment for an incomplete job. On another occasion he accepted a job and failed to show,all while promising various start times. It became clear to us that he had never intended to do the work. We had always paid him very well in the past so we were puzzled as to why he left us in the lurch. He created significant problems and costs for us when we had to make alternate arrangements. We recommend that you not hire him.
