    TERRIBLE SERVICE. I should have listened to the previous bad reviews. Took iPhone here to be unlocked, was told 1-3 days (for $120 - Expensive!). 9 days later receive a call saying it cant be done, when asked why the staff did not have a reason for me. Not good enough and he didn't seam to care for his customers at all. Don't recommend.

    Very bad experience.

    I had my Iphone5 screen broken. They put a screen to test it. It worked when the phone is opened and did not work when the phone is closed. I asked them to backup the data and they agreed (for $50) . However, they were not capable od doing it.We explained that only way to back up the data is to put a screen temporally (to enter pin) and to use iTunes app to backup the phone. The owner(or store manager) agreed and when I came with my laptop to backup the phone he wanted $100 (not $50 we agreed)

    Phone didn't get ...

    Phone didn't get fixed fully the first time, broke front camera in the process. I go back to get it fixed, they tell me that I damaged the new screen and I'd have to pay for another repair, all while refusing to acknowledge the broken front camera. DO NOT GO HERE WITH YOUR PHONE REPAIRS.

    Worst experience I have ever had in my life. I went there though a groupon deal and wow I have never experienced someone who i gave my money to treat me with such disrespect. Few issues. 1) Misrepresentation. There groupon deal is for $45. They have a $5 handling fee in store and then they charge you the tax on $50 in total not the $5. They charge you in store. (No where did it state that they will be charging tax on the entire amount. First time i have had this issue with a deal site online.) 2) I asked for my old screen and they refused to give it. It is clear they must be getting money for the screens which are in good condition because mine was not cracked and it was the internal lcd which had issues. I had to ask for my screen several times and they tried to play games with me by giving me broken cracked screens. There are three people that work there. Lady, Man, Kid. The kid brought out my screen saying to the older man (this is his screen) the older man pulled the kid into the back and never came back. When I questioned the Old man he stated that was not your screen. Why they don't just ask is beyond me but I am angry as they kept my screen that I wanted. 3) The lady would not stop yelling. The entire time I was there she was rude and condescending. I have never met someone so rude in my life and especially someone I am giving my money to. I repeated to this lady several times "why are you yelling, stop yelling at me" 4) The case that they replaced it with does not fit properly and when i asked him about this they said it was the way it is. I guess there poor workmanship details there store in one word. HORRIBLE. If you are looking to get your phone repaired you are better going to Apple directly or even a different HONEST, repair shop. These people dont deserve to be in business. Horrible service!

    Not the best in town

    I took my phone in for water damage which they called on the first day to say they fixed but couldn't get my phone to charge, which I thought was a great fast response. It went down hill after that it was nearly two weeks and they still counldn't fix my phone. They didn't comunicate at all, if I hadn't called to ask about it after the first week I would not have known anything. It felt like I had to pester them to get any information out of them. The storefront is a little off putting it looks very temporary and they didn't open on time when I had to drop off a spare battery I had.They couldn't tell me if it was the battery or the phone that was the problem. Atleast they didn't charge me the full quote since they couldn't fix it but they did scratch my screen up. So check your stuff before you leave.
