I am very happy with their prodact , everything is fresh , good service. My daughter and I attended market in Salmon Arm last week , it was fun , very well organized . Also , you can try before you buy .
Whatever we got , we loved it .
Ordered a good deal of nuts, etc. (macadamias, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, Maple Almonds, natural palm sugar, dried cherries & dried cranberries) from Rancho Vignola last fall and everything was great! The Maple Almonds had a sugary coating and were delicious! I have no complaints about anything I ordered and will be ordering again this year.
Received stale and rancid almonds from Christmas. 4 or 5 emails & 6 or 7 phone calls later they have just now in Feb. begrudgingly agreed to refund my 85 year old Mom in Vernon for this product. Worst customer service ever. Never once said "sorry or product was bad"! Very very disappointed in you Rancho Vignola. Not at all acting like a community minded, caring company - shame on you!!!
