Since 1897, Carefor Health & Community Services, a registered charity and non for profit organization, has been helping families stay together longer at home by providing home health care and community services. Our services include home care including nursing, personal support services and rehabilitation services; community support services, retirement homes including two retirement homes in Pembroke, a retirement home in Richmond, Ontario for women living with dementia and a Hospice in Cornwall.
