Very satisfied. This company does outstanding jobs which requires skills and experience. At the year beginning our basement started leaking, we had wet feeling inside that spread over the whole house. We invited many companies some of them even couldn’t check the whole damage properly. Royal Work was the only one who's price was Ok and they were able to prove me the leaking spots. As I couldn’t wait long they arrived in three days after signing the contract.

Royal Work Waterproofing installed valve for one of our homes, I called many companies to compete and almost no one could find the problem. RW found it fast - leaking valve. The actual project lasted not as long as I had thought it would be. All complicated tips seemed quite simple which showed their experience and professionalism. In addition we got a city rebate!

Thank you guys for an outstanding job! After sudden non stop rains we got basement wall leakage, after the guys inspected it appeared to be a wall crack. They presented an awesome job by sealing the crack with a proper equipment, now everything looks great. I would suggest them to everyone.

Poor job was done by previous comp towards my garage floor, I was lucky not to deal with them any more. Royal Work Corp fixed all damages and cracks done before by another comp, I don’t mention the company’s name for avoiding any conflict. As I got trust in Royal Work I immediately signed for a backyard concrete covering as a part of my landscaping design, main point was to make curvy narrow concrete paths. Guys worked in a quiet manner, absolutely nothing except done project, a very clean job.

The receptionist got our contact details and was surprising she even recognized the area we live in by their past projects…wow!!! what a memory, eh! Technician’s name was Edgar, he arrived at 10 sharp and answered all our questions, we liked him as a person and a professional. We signed the contract, in a week the project started.

Finally I found the right company to do a walkout for my basement. Their price was quite reasonable and what was even more important for me they did the same outstanding job for my best friend. (I learned to trust people especially if they are best friends). The Royal Work crew showed up on set time every day of the week, the job duration was scheduled for 5 week days, on the 5th day the side part of the house produced steps following down to the basement entrance.
