Real Estate Law Clerk

Amina earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2022 and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in 2017. Her practice focuses on estate planning, administration, and litigation.

During law school, she worked at Legal Assistance of Windsor and Hamilton Community Legal Clinic, assisting with landlord-tenant and social assistance matters. She later articled with the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee, where she developed her interest in estates and capacity law while supporting counsel across various legal areas, including real estate, trusts, and guardianship.
