Sarah has been part of the Schill Insurance family for four years, serving as a Strata Insurance Specialist at our Guildford location. Sarah always has the time to help her colleagues and is genuinely happy to do so. She provides exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients feel valued, and they see her as a trusted advisor for their insurance needs.   ⭐What do you love most about working at Schill Insurance?  I really enjoy the fun, family environment and the flexibility. You are not just a number here.    ⭐What’s the best piece of insurance advice you’d give to clients? – Find a good agent/broker and stick with them.    ⭐Share a memorable moment or story from your time at Schill that made you feel proud of your work.   Because I am in the Strata department, we had a council member move to a different building, new strata. She joined the council strata right away and got them to move their insurance to Schill. It is that reputation that makes me proud to work for this company.

Celebrating International Women’s Day at Schill Insurance! On Wednesday, March 5th, the incredible women of Schill Insurance came together at our Guildford office to celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD). The event was filled with meaningful conversations, networking, and shared stories, all in the spirit of uplifting and supporting one another. Meanwhile, some of our team members from the Port Alberni office attended the Stronger Together – Celebrating Women event in support of Sage Haven Society. Both gatherings aligned with this year’s IWD theme: "Accelerate Action." Did you know that current statistics estimate full gender parity won’t be achieved until 2158? That’s over 130 years from now! The Accelerate Action movement is about working together to make meaningful change sooner—for ourselves and for future generations.
