After 7 contractor invitations, 4 tours, and 3 prices, Clowaters proved to me why they are in business. They provided me 2 electric furnaces, (one with a heat pump), at a good price with great service. The salesman was responsive to all my questions, and the installation group were extremely courteous, fast and efficient. I cannot express my appreciation enough for a job well done. This man gas battled frozen ground, soggy clay, and other septic tank perils for us.
Septic systems, older ones from say 1985, are not alway easy to deal with. Multiple possible reasons for the same symptom, and so begins a process of elimination.
He never gave up and because of that he not only fixed our systems issues, he went above and beyond to help prevent a further problem.

I recently purchased a pre cut roll of vinyl flooring at Kents in Woodstock, N.B., and laid it out at home to measure and cut the proper size for a small room upstairs. I cut a 6 inch piece off one end and when I rolled the remainder up (good side in) I noticed a defect right across the width going right through to the good side. I had lost the receipt and called the Woodstock store in a panic. I was told to bring it right back for replacement. I did and they took it back and exchanged it...no problem. I highly recommend this store. If something is wrong, they replace it.
