Had Simon P. and Justin C. come today and replace my leaking hot water tank. Simon and Justin were the most courteous and helpful service technicians I have every met. They were thorough and efficient in the job they were doing. Simon also pointed out several other areas of plumbing that I may in the future consider doing. The quality of workmanship was astounding. I had an issue with a faulty hot water tank that had burst a pipe earlier, and after the was fixed, continued to leak. It had also not done a very good job keeping water hot for very long. With another like starting in the pipe, I called Pro Service, and after dealing with the service rep over the phone, who was very friendly, helpful, and efficient, Prince showed up at the arranged time and got to work. While it was a big task, it didn't take nearly as much time as I expected, and the final bill was lower than I had feared. He, as well as everyone else with the company I have dealt with, have all been very friendly and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again with future plumbing needs.
