I paid for them to give my car back to me with the same problem it had before. They said they had solved the problem so they lied and now my car is still broken. The car I need to get around, drive to work, to groceries etc...
I take my vehicle quite a distance to have Gerry and Jeff work on it. They only do what is required, no hidden costs, will tell you what will have to be done at some point but don't pressure you so you don't have to get roped into a big bill you didn't expect, like some places that will do the extra work and bill you, even without asking. JC pinpoints the problem and fixes it with no hassle and in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
My husband and I have been taking our trucks to this shop for about a year now and we have no complaints. They have always given us great customer service and have been honest with what needs to be fixed on our vehicles when we bring them in. We receive an itemized receipt of the work that has been done and the parts, which is great considering most other shops we have dealt with in the past, just tell you that they fixed the problem and give you a total amount owing. In addition, our vehicles have always been fixed in a timely matter, which we love because it's less time we have to do without the vehicle after we drop it off.
