I had to take my cat there to get put down because she was very sick. A girl took us into a room, and asked us questions about what we wanted, and we were very clear about what we wanted. She said ok I'll take her to be sedated and bring her back for her shot. We waited half an hour, then my husband said go ask how much longer, so I did then she said I asked you guys if you wanted to be present you said no, which was not true. She also said sedation was free but I don't think it was
