I have tried 4 times on different days to talk to a receptionist unsuccessfully. The phone system is unacceptable and frustrating. It does not work properly. Eventually, I called the pharmacy and asked if they would send a fax of my med (that had no repeats) to the Doctor. This was the only way I could obtain a refill.

Online booking is much better than waiting forever to talk to a receptionist. More people should try it.

My Dr is excellent, and usually only have to wait a few minutes to see her. However, it takes on avg 45 minutes to speak to the receptionist on the phone!! This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

Cannot make an appointment by phone. I have tried for two days. I am put on a waiting queue but have waited over half an hour with three callers ahead of me. Twice the phone has wrong through then unanswered put me back in the queue Completely unacceptable.

Dr. Anderson had been my GP for around 32 years and recently retired. It was sad seeing her go. She was an excellent physician. She ensured that I had a new GP before she left.
