We are quite pleased with our new Fusion. It is much smaller than the Edge and a lot easier to get into our garage. Do miss some of the safety features from the Edge.

Poor customer experience!

Left my vehicle with this dealership for 2 days for repairs, picked it up and found that they somehow broke the center console latch, brought it to the attention of the service department and they first blamed it on my vehicle being broken into and when I pointed out the fact that there was no signs of forced entry their excuse quickly changed to blaming it on the heat and said they would not fix it. Brought the issue to the attention of both the General Manager AND Ford, neither will help me.
