The older gentelman was extremely rude and seems to think his time is more important then anyone else. Job was okay at best and was wet for a long time.

Excellent customer service. Albert called 40 minutes before my appointment to make sure someone would be home. He was actually able to come earlier than our scheduled time which was convenient.
