We eat here regularly and always look forward to a good homecooked meal with a menu selection suitable to everyone in family. I find them very accomodating for working around my specialized diet. It's a busy spot and sometimes you wait and other times you get prime service. This place is not a "SEAT YOURSELF" and someone will be with you...they have personal to do that and give you the menu. Reading other review I take it they can't read the sign that says "PLEASE WAIT TO BE SEATED"..hence their lack of service and leaving. Food portions are generous. I find Angels a healthy place for me to eat and accomodating with dietary concerns. Returning customer with family.

The food is pretty good at Angels, but I find it to be overly greasy at times. We go there quite often b/c it is one of the only places to get breakfast in Brantford. The greasiness of the food often upsets my stomach so I sometimes resort to getting fruit. Had to wait a long time for my coffee to be refilled. I will most likely keep going back, at least until a better breakfast place opens.

A trip from Cambridge to Angels is usually looked forward to. I always bring along Bob who is a retired senior . Thursdays are our favorite days because of the great pea soup. We had our meal but
didn't get our coffee refilled. The waitress came by a few times but never with coffee. After waiting for at least 15 minutes we decided to leave. We met the waitress who said she hadn't forgotten our coffee.If so then why no coffee. Therefore no tip. My family has deep roots in this industry and I am a strong believer in good tips for good service.

I was really ticked off at the waitress and the manager...I ordered a breakfast special for my 12 yr old son. It cost $5.45 including drink - not a problem, the problem is the only drink you could have was tea or coffee...HE'S 12 YEARS OLD - HE DOESN'T DRINK COFFEE!!!!! I asked for, and was refused a credit for the coffee so I had to pay an additional 2 bucks for a juice. Now his breakfast is up near $8.00 - a bit of a rip off if you ask me.
I was back a few days later for a work breakfast and one of my co-workers was offered a breakfast special for under 4 dollars that didn't include a drink...funny how they didn't have that available 2 days earlier....
We will not be returning for their breakfast.
