Great and friendly service. Barbar was kind and attentive throughout. Even offered my daughter a colouring book w crayons to keep her busy. Will definitely come back to this location
Horrible!!!! Tried to make me buy the synthetic oil change package. Likely because I’m a girl..... but I’ve never used synthetic oil nor does my manual call for it. Never going to Mr. Lube ever again
Horrible experience. I called ahead to verify the price to get my winter tires put on (my winter set is on rims, this was a simple take off my all season and put on my winters job). They said it was $50. I went there to get it done immediately after as they offer a first come first serve appointment and everywhere else was booked up. They then decided to bump up the price to $150. Claiming that because of the kind of car and the size of rims I have ‘will take more time, it’s a 2 hour wait’ whic
BEWARE! This Mr Lube location CANNOT be trusted. They put the incorrect oil in our brand new truck (first oil change), which caused the diesel exhaust filter cleanse to malfunction. Had to pay dealership to correct Mr Lube's ERROR, and Mr Lube is refusing to take ANY OWNERSHIP or reimburse for my expense CAUSE SOLEY BY THEIR MISTAKE! They are apparently a “warranty certified” solution, when all they have caused is headaches, time and money loss and aggravation! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION!
