Purchased a sectional that started pilling excessively after a few months of regular use. Paid $569.99 for a 5-year extended warranty for items purchased that day. The customer service is the worst in North America. If you're thinking of going there, just beware, after 14 days they're rude and aggressive. Extended warranty is done by another company took my money & never honored it. Poor quality fabric should be covered by the manufacturer. I'm one of the victims of a big SCAM!! Don't be one
We bought coach set in July 18 2022. One sit pillow missed. Called to store. Store said we ordering for you now, just don't complain now or salesperson can lose his commission (?). Next day we wanted to verify and went to the store. Some teller said we'll order it for you if it was not done yesterday. And said will be about week. Love this huge store and collection , Our sales guide NAVDEEP the best one I’ve ever met! So nice and really cares about the customer not pushy at all. Very happy with my experience.
We have had a very bad experience with this store and the store manager, or at least the person claiming to be the manager on that day! Promises made to us at time of purchase not honoured when it came to delivering. We still dont have all the items we purchased in December 2019!
