We loved working with Michael VdE to custom design my very unique engagement ring. Professional and fun at the same time. You could tell he was very passionate about the jewelry design process. I am planning to use them again for my future diamond jewelry.

I walked into Kimberfire without any clue of what was involved with buying a diamond. They educated me, were patient, walked me through my options and made me feel excited about a ring that was within my original budget. Every interaction with Michael and Jonathan was professional and I ended up with a ring that my fiancee absolutely loves. Kimberfire was absolutely exceptional.  The entire process is about the customer and absolutely no pressure.  Michael helped me and the education he provided along with suggestions were options you would never get anywhere else.  I couldn't be happier with both the service and outcome.  The ring was exactly I envisioned and at a lower cost than I imagined.  My fiancé stares at the ring constantly in disbelief. My experience working with Jonathan was fantastic. He was able to walk me through the entire process of buying an engagement ring (understanding I knew nothing about this). Although, I was looking for a very specific type of ring (design), Jonathan was able to design exactly what I was looking for.
