Le personnel se dévoue corps et âmes pour les petits amis qui viennent s'héberger pour un certain temps. Chaque endroit où l'animal se retrouve est très propre. De la nourriture et l'eau fraîche leur sont offert à tous les jours. Le nettoyage des cages est faite régulièrement pour leur bien être.
