Friendly doctors, fairly quick and efficient.

No customer service orientation at all. Not very professional.

Rude receptionists!!!!!! I saw my wonderful family doctor and was advised that I may cancel our follow up appointment. Instead of stopping at the desk to cancel my appointment I decided I would call the office to cancel the follow up appointment once I got home. I was not even home for ten minutes when the female receptionist called me and literally started yelling at me for not cancelling my appointment. I was in absolute shock! Very unprofessional!

Good luck getting through

I have been calling this place for a week and I never get anyone. If someone does by chance actually answer the phone, they hang up on you or ask to put you on hold and never come back. It's absolutely ridiculous. I hope they read these reviews because this is nuts. I finally had to go in as a walk in and wait for a few hours, even though my family doctor is there, and while waiting I watched them ignoring calls and putting people on hold when they weren't even busy. Nuts.
