It was my first time at the salon and had a great experience. Friendly staff in an upbeat, fun atmosphere. I saw Jess who did an excellent job of listening to exactly what I wanted done&offered honest advice on what would and what wouldn't work with my requests. After telling her my hair pulls a lot of red ( a detail often ignored by my stylists when I'm touching up my chocolate brown hair) she and I selected a hair swatch together (N4) which ended up being perfect. The price was great too!
Horrible experience! Hate my haircut. She cut my bangs too short, wasn't even gonna wash my hair before giving me haircut. She used flat iron on my curly hair and then cut them too short. Asked her to style my hair straight, she did awful job, my hair was so rough from the spray she used. Had to wash my hair when I came home and after I washed them bangs look too short and awful. Never going back there. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
Worst place ever!!! I had an appointment but they guy who was supposed to do my hair blew me off because his friends came in. He told me i had too much hair and that he doesn't have time to do it. The service was terrible. Everyone who works their is rude. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
BEST SALON EVER!!! Been looking for a salon like Shadified for AGES now!!! I've finally found one, i love the team they have and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommended!!

I kid you not people are always asking me where I get my hair done, I get compliments from everyone I meet. The service is friendly and the staff is awesome, everyone is extremely skilled.
I always get Jeannine to cut my hair because she always knows what looks best on me and always makes me look super sexy!
