Very unprofessional team working here

My newborn i 6days now and since then I have been trying to contact there clinic since the pediatrician at royal alex recommended them, but they never answer their phone or even return text messages(one of their contact options). I cant believe that I havent even seen the dr yet and im having that much trouble just reaching them. I cant trust a doctors office to be my family doctor if they cant even get my new born in for his 2 weeks checkup.

Excellent service from doctors and staff. I have never had a poor experience and I’ve been coming here for at least 3 years. Dr. World is amazing and the receptionists have always been great. I am not sure why other people have had poor experiences with the receptionists but I’ve always found them to be very pleasant.

Absolute worst receptionists ever, which makes me want to switch physicians and medical clinics. They are very rude on the phone. And I often have to call weeks later for results and they say “yeah we were going to call you”. It’s impossible time get through on the line as well - left on hold endlessly.

Girl on the phone was completely rude to me!!!
