They sold me a demo sled in km, as per the bill of sale but turned out it was in miles so when I went to sell it I got screwed on price. Sled had completely burnt off drivers when purchased and a totally unsafe handlebar and riser assembly which all had to be replaced. This is quite literally how it came from them when I purchased it. I encountered all this after its first trip to the mountain. When I called to question their inspection process and ethics I got a completely arrogant attitude!
Terrible experience and they don't care! I had an awful experience which ended with them knowingly shipping me a dead Yamaha sled (which was brand new). I wrote a letter to them and they sent me an image of my letter torn up and in the garbage.
took my machine there after having booked it a week and a half before only to get there and tell me it will be two weeks before they can look at it due to unforeseen circumstances.. why book an appointment ? or why not call me and let me know they are backed up?.
Great Business! bought two black Yamaha 700 grizzly's summer of 2009. They have a huge parts department and lots of apparel and accessories. Staff was very helpful!
