Kicked me out of the cab because i only had a $50 bill and he didn't have changed
Tried to be loyal to this company. After being late and making me miss appointments, the last straw was when they were late once again and when i called to inquire they denied that I had even called them to request a cab. i finally had enough, told them so and they didn't seem to care. Good riddance Central Valley!
I had a terrible experience with this cab service. I called them at 9:30 AM to ask for a cab to be at my place by 12:30. At 12:10 I called again to confirm it was on the way and the office staff sounded very unorganized and gave me a vague answer. Again at 12:45 I called the office and told them my cab was late and that I had to be at work in 15 minutes, she told me the cab was 3 min. away. It wasn't. Finally at 12:55 the cab came.I paid $15 to be late for work. I will not use this again. Sorry
I'm not normally one to say much about any cab company but I've got to say, today Central Valley saved my butt.When somebody's in a pinch they sure came to the rescue in a jiffy. Thanks so much.
The office staff are rude and they need to take some customer service seminar... or better yet go ask their mother to teach them some manners...
