We live in a remote location where no one wanted to come and repair our washing machine. I got a hold of Scott and he came to our location. He saw the problem right away and ordered the part. I just phoned Scott and described my issues with my 9 years old washing machine. He told me that my washing machine wasn't repairable and would need to be replaced. He also took the time to explain why.
