Impossible to get a hold of. After calling Victoria at oreck Canada finally got a hold of her a month ago but still haven't received my product as ordered after her saying she would personally take care of it. Filed a report with the BBB (this company has an F rating!) and filed a reversal charge with cc company. Stay away!!!
Received a USED item, with black gunk in filter, difficult to contact via telephone, they never return messages, promised replaced, none over 1 month later, contacted was told refund would be issued and call back, now toll free # not working, online chat always offline, disputing charges with CC company. Very shady company, Will NEVER buy from again, or recommend. STAY away!!!
I purchased a Comfort Furnace. It came in a box that had previously been opened and re-taped. It was the wrong finish (Tuscan) when I ordered Oak, one of the casters was broken and when I called the toll free #, all I got was a message to leave my message and telephone # at the tone, but no one called back. , They sell Oreck products, does not say much for the brand.
