3 For 1 Glasses

At first I was thrilled with this business. However, after this recent incident, I warn others against it. I went in to have the screw at the temple tightened or replaced. Suzanna (after ages in the back room trying)eventually sent another employee out to tell me they needed to order another screw. After 2+ months of calling back and forth, today they tell me they broke the glasses while trying to fix them and because they are more than a year old, will not fix or replace them! BEWARE!

The BEST place u have ever shopped for eyewear!!! Suzanna is amazing as are the other ladies that work there and the optometrist is fantastic!! The choices are great and service is exceptional.. will be back and will always recommend them to anyone I meet.. Thank you so much for a great experience Darlene B

I have been going there for years! well first I went to 3 for 1 in Mississauga JUST because of the Customer Service I got from Suzana (Manager). She listens to what you are looking for and gives your the style the "bests" suits your face. She is always friendly, professional; I walk away smiling every time.

Not Worth the Time or Money

It's difficult to describe the ordeal I had with this business, but I'll try: to start, the lab put two different prescriptions in my glasses, screwing up my sight.Promises to make it right, repeated trips to fix problems with the lenses: from not having the prescription lens in, to it being crooked, to promises that the glasses would be done by a certain date, then dropped off at my home...it would be funny if it wasn't so awful. 10 months later, still trying to get the final pair.

I came here for a new prescription and a new pair of glasses because of the convenient location and im so glad i did! The doctor was incredibly nice, comforting and time efficient! Suzana and the manager provided me with the best customer service ive received to date and i left with 2 gorgeous new glasses for an amazing price! 10/10
