Burlington Optical

I have been dealing with Burlington Optical for about 15 years, and I have always been treated with respect. I'm a disabled senior, with some loss of memory due to a brain bleed. Anyway, I made an appointment, and mixed up the days. So, when I showed up, I was a day late. I felt horrible, and said so,apologizing profusely! I was told, not to worry about it, it happens, we'll reschedule. When I arrived for the new appointment, everything was fine at 1st.I asked if I could have the measurements

Wonderful, attentive and helpful staff. You cant beat their prices and selection. Prices are reasonable I found they were atleast 1/4 less than anything I had tried on at their competitors. Great selection of frames. Rather then having to search for a frame to suite my face, I had a hard time finding one that looked bad.

A short while ago I asked the salesman if he would reinsert my lens. He said No!And that he wouldnt fix anything unless it was purchased in his store. I said alright, and began to walk out when i turned to ask a question. He screamed at me GET OUT OF MY STORE, GET OUT OF MY STORE! NEVER IN MY 85 YEARS HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY.

Terrible place. Bad costumer service and optometrist not on time for eye tests. I hate this place. Dont waste your time. They are rude and lie.

When I picked up my progressive glasses I was told if I could not get used to them I could bring them back to change to bifocals. It was after a month (one month not enough time to give it a try) and was told it would cost the same amount of money as the first pair!!! No one told me it had to be within one month. Rude person at the counter too. So now I have useless glasses. All their frames look the same - beware of good prices, not good service.
