We moved just as COVIID hit, and were not used to a rural home. We initially got an iron filter from another company, and had issues with service. Then, as these things go, everything started breaking. When we contacted Regional, we were pretty overwhelmed. Rob really took the time to listen and explain what was potentially happening. Regional has replaced a water heater, water pressure tank, well entrance and cap, and a water softener. Very competent and professional.

Rob was fantastic to deal with. We fully expected to need a softener and possibly an iron remover based on results of others in our new community. As someone who does research before buying I was certain I did not want to go with a mediocre quality high cost solution like Culligan. Instead, called Rob and for a price significantly lower than what Culligan was quoting and for better gear decision was obvious monetarily. Then came the service which was equally stellar.
