PSC knows how effective government procurement should be carried out. Our procurement consultants have very strong backgrounds in all aspects of contracting. Many of them previously spent their careers in the central procurement agencies or in client departments and, prior to leaving, held senior positions in those organizations. During their public service careers and subsequently they have developed hundreds of Requests for Proposal and have carried out or overseen the evaluation of similar numbers of proposals. PSC has provided Fairness Monitor services to governments on over a hundred (100) projects ranging in value up to several billion dollars.
