I've been a regular client of the Westboro Spa and Hair Studio for 3 years now and have nothing, but great things to say about it. The staff are all very professional and courteous. They go out of their way to accomodate you and fit you in for appointments during busy times of the year. The ambience is warm and inviting and really relaxing. Most of all, I have the best hair stylist and esthetician. She always knows just what I want and does a great job. She's knows her stuff and always has great tips and advice. I've had hair cuts, highlights, waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials, and massages there and would recommend all of the above at the Westboro Spa and Hair Studio.
I've been going to Westboro for a couple of years now. Previous to discovering them I had never returned to the same spa more than once. The service is great. The esthetics team is fantastic.
I have been a client of the Westboro Spa since 2008. I started going for gel nail fills, and soon after for pedicures, esthetics, massage and make-up. Two years ago, I began having my hair done there as well. I have been well looked after by almost every technician they have, I feel comfortable helping them test new products and services and I know they take my feedback to heart, even when it's constructive. What I like most is that from the time I walk in, to the time I leave, I am treated like a valued client and friend - and it's the kind of place where you see neighbourhood frineds, strangers talk to each other, or you can get lost in the massage chair while having your toes done, if you prefer not to chat. I have referred many family members and friends over the years, which I would not do unless I had complete faith that they would take equally good care of their new clients and referrals.
I am a long standing and regular client at this location, including before and after it was taken over by new management. Throughout this time, I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided by Gladys, an esthetician at Westboro. She is always on time and completes her work as scheduled. She has a bright and engaging personality and provides professional and competent services, which have included waxing, facials and microdermabrasion. I highly recommend Gladys.
I've been going to this spa for about 2 years now and I've become a regular client there. I'm there every month and have received incredible service. The atmosphere is calm and warm and everyone on staff is very friendly. I get my hair done (extensions, style, cut etc...) by Amanda. She's great! She always takes her time and makes sure to style it perfectly. I've spent 8 hours in her chair getting extensions put in and she always does it with a smile on her face. I also get my nails and wax there and have never had a bad experience.
