Sonu is reliable, honest and professional. He fixed my washer for a great price and also looked at my dishwasher for free and fixed my dryer vent for free. He was efficient and quick - he was at my house for less than one hour. This young man is delivering good old fashioned quality service with a professional touch. Excellent service - I highly reccomend this company.
Sonu showed up on time as planned and provided excellent service on two visits. Once for my dryer then for my washer. Both now work as new.

My dishwasher broke down and called Sonu. He came within a couple of hours. He asked me what the problem was and brought the parts just in case.
It was a drainage problem which he was able to fix coming from underneath the sink. Sonu explained everything he was doing as he went along. He is so experience in his field. Just wanted to mention he is all about customer service .i definitely will have him again and recommend to friends and family.

We needed our Whirlpool washer fixed, we picked Sonu based on reviews. It is hard to find an honest repair person you can go to when you need help. He was very helpful, giving us information on all appliances in the house, not just the one we had trouble with. He showed us how to fix it next time the drain got clogged, and a few tips to maintain our dryer as well. We will save money on these tips in the future, but we will refer him to friends and family and call upon him again when needed.
My dishwasher wasn't working I called a couple of companies they wanted to charge me for a water pump they were going to charge me $300 I called Sonu he told me to wait let me check the pump first before I order a pump it only cost me $80 service was very friendly very honest I would recommend hime to my friends and family

The service I received was excellent. Although Sonu could not make it on the first day, he completed the work the very next day! He is hard working and finished the job quickly. I am very happy with his work and he is my go to man now.
Gotta say, was very happy with our service call to Sonu. Our washing machine was plugged. I called and they were there within the hour. Showed me exactly what was wrong and how to clean it for future use. Very reasonable rates. Have included them in our address book for future use. Would highly recommend them.

Sonu was a pleasure to deal with. Our stove had an error code, and he was able to tell us what might be wrong over the phone. He able to come the day of and fixed the problem the next day. We had to call Sonu to remove our dishwasher to get some work done. Sonu charged very reasonable amount to remove and put the dishwasher back. He did the job very neatly. He is very friendly and answered our questions for our other appliances also. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

I had a wonderful experience with Sonu Appliance Repair. They installed all of our new appliances (microwave, oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc) and they were also able to mount all the LCD TVs in the rooms. The quality of work was outstanding and he was extremely enthusiastic, energetic and displayed positive behaviour the entire time.
