MADA's mission is to help people in need with the basic necessities of life while preserving their dignity and helping them become self sufficient members of the community.
It's always been disorganized and bias. Some of the people they hire are truly the worse. Not to have the way they treat those who're the opposite. The pantry items from the food bank are almost two years old. It's better to avoid this place unless in dire need of a job and supplies.
I ate here a few times and found some of the staff very rude. One staffer kept walking around talking to himself.Apparently they hire ex cons to work here. One guy almost sprayed table cleaner into my coffee. The food was not so great and some items were stale and moldy of the items they left for people to take home. Unless you are really desperate avoid this place.
