When I called to have an issue fixed, Cleveland said he was in the area and would be right here, and he was. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I had tried to call a couple other electricians prior to calling Cleveland Spencer Electrical,but the other businesses did not answer the phone and did not return my call.
