The staff at this UPS Store has been wonderful to me, ever since I moved to Guelph 7 years ago. I was taking courses and would rush in to print out my assignments - yes, at the last minute - and they always came through for me. Now that I am trying to write stories, even though I'm not dealing with deadlines, they still help me get my prints in a timely manner. The owner is thoughtful and courteous but, more importantly, he has a knack for hiring people who also give great customer service. Read more
