Both Richard and Linda are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to teach their customers about their different options so that they choose the one best for their home. They were courteous enough to schedule the job around my night shifts and the work was done in a very timely manner. The whole crew were polite and respectful of our home. The mortar and shingles match perfectly and the workmanship is excellent. There were no surprises with pricing. I would recommend this company. Thank you!

When our daughter...
When our daughter was learning to drive, she hit the side of our garage and crushed all the brick work.It effected the foundation as well as causing multiple cracks in the brick work along the side and above the garage. They expertly and meticulously repaired every aspect of our garage, including building custom stone columns that are beautiful. Their workmanship is beyond reproach and every member of the team is highly skilled and professional. It was a pleasure! Highly recommend!
Accidents happen! Glad the stonework enhanced the look of the previous damaged area.

Superior Workmanship and Service
We had chimney work done on a metal roof, which included a custom cap weighing about 300 pounds, replacement and re-pointing of bricks. The work done was outstanding. We were especially impressed with the efficiency and effectiveness of Richard and his crew, with each worker specializing in a specific portion of the job, so things went very smoothly. The clean up after job completion was impeccable. Interactions with all staff were positive and friendly. We would highly recommend E&R Schwarz!

In July 2015 we had major exterior brickwork done on our designated heritage home in K/W. Richard Schwarz & his crew did a remarkable job of restoring the brickwork and he kept me informed both before and during the process. I learned what bricks and what mortar and colouring should be used and liked his opinions. The job was done diligently, professionally, with superb craftsmanship and the cleanup was perfect. I can only recommend E&R Schwarz most highly.
